Hey, I'm Winter, founder of Pretty Fit Lifestyle Club.

I know what it feels like to be a busy woman trying to do it all. Between work, running a business, responsibilities, and just living life, healthy eating can easily drop to the bottom of the list.

That's exactly why I created this community.

I'm currently deepening my expertise through Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness certifications, but more importantly, I live this lifestyle every day. This isn't about perfection, crash diets, or complicated meal plans.
